Join us on January 26th, from 4-6 PM, for a deep dive into the languages and flavors of Yunnan and Guizhou with dialect experts Miko @mikoooo2333_ and Ring @ringyyang

Ring (小杨), performance artist, director and the self-proclaimed "fake" Guiyang local, will take you through the Gui-Pu dialect and share her love for Guizhou cuisine, from spicy 肠旺面 (sausage noodles) to mouthwatering 辣子鸡酸汤鱼 (spicy chicken sour soup fish). She’ll also guide you through Bi’Gan毕赣’s poetry and related slangs.

Miko, the Yunnan "spicy girl", fashion buyer, home chef, will introduce you to the bold flavors of Yunnan cuisine, from fresh 蘸水 (dipping sauces) to hearty 菌子 (mushrooms). She'll also share her insights into the region’s minority cultures, and the mountain songs 山歌 that define Yunnan's free spirit.

For the afterparty dinner on the 26th we will go to a secret Guizhou restaurant together and guests are invited to register for Miko’s home dining event @spicy_girl_supper_club the week after 💖
